A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Matt discovered his passion for cooking while working in well-known restaurants in and around the city over the last 20 years. He especially loves and specializes in Southern cuisine, believing it to be the greatest regional food offering in America and a gift to the world.
Whether making a campfire Dutch oven stew while camping in the mountains of North Carolina or enjoying the bounty of the Louisiana bayou, Matt is always in search of the perfect dishes and flavors that signify the best in life.
